Team Coaching
Our team coaching programs focus on delivering tools and techniques that managers can use to enhance their coaching abilities. We analyze the current state of the operations and management and customize the tools and training to fit the team’s specific needs. After delivering the training, we follow-up with one-on-one coaching sessions.
This provides us with immediate feedback regarding what training is being used and what tools are most helpful. It also serves as a reminder to the manager to apply the training they’ve received to their current challenges.
